一种多线切割机主导辊轴承冷却方法应用的研究

摘要 多线切割机主导辊轴承(以下简称轴承)温度升高是研究中关注的问题。以控制轴承内、外圈的温度为研究对象,通过水冷的方法控制轴承座温度,进而控制轴承的温度。验证了采用水冷结构控制轴承温度的新方式,其结果显示该方法是可行的。 High temperature in main roller bearing of the multi-wire saw (Abbreviation as bearing) has been urgent problemsto solve in research. This sarticle is mainly about research on how to control the temperature of bearing inner race and outerrace by the water-cooling method. Set the temperature of inner race and outer race of the bearing as subjects, temperature ofthe bearing pedestal would be controlled by using the water-cooling method, and thus temperature of bearing could be con-trolled. Therefore the new method of controlling the bearing temperature by using the water-cooling method is testified, andthe result shows that the new method would be feasible.
