摘要
为了提高石英晶体等非金属脆硬材料的切割精度及加工效率,设计了用于石英晶体尤其是音叉片的高精度自动切割加工的多线切割机床,研究多线切割机床关键设计技术,对设备中的罗拉主轴系统、纵向平移工作台系统、收放线系统、张力控制系统等技术进行研究。以音叉片为实验验证,证实此方法适用于石英晶体等非金属脆硬材料的高效精密加工,提高材料利用率具有稳定的运行精度和精确的定位精度,在恒定张力下作高速往复运动,对进一步研究脆硬材料的加工工艺具有重要的指导意义。
In order to improve the cutting accuracy and processing efficiency of hard quartz crystal and other non-metallic brittle materials,A high-precision automatic cutting of multi-EDM was designed,especially for the quartz crystal.Key techniques of the machine was Studied in this paper,such as roller spindle system,the vertical translational bench system,retractable-line system and tension control system technology.An experiment has been done to test the high-performance hard-precision machining.Noted from the result of the test,it can be confirmed that it was in good work order and reached a stable operating accuracy and precision positioning accuracy,improved the material utilization.It also worked in the high-speed reciprocating motion with a constant tension.The research provided a new solution of the design of Multi Wire Saw and important guiding significance for further study of hard materials processing technology.
