摘要
从供应链的内涵和构成出发,深入分析企业供应链的层次性,然后根据层次深入分析各层次内供应链中的博弈关系,基于博弈关系提出了缓和针对关系、促进协调关系的有关管理策略。
In this paper, starting from the connotation and composition of the supply chain, we analyzed in-depth the hierarchical system of the enterprise supply chain, then accordingly studied the game relationship in the supply chain on different hierarchies, and at the end, proposed the effective administrative measures to alleviate the conflicting relations and promote the reciprocal relations.
