摘要 实现立德树人这一教育根本任务的关键在于落实的实效性。北京工业大学积极探索,以"立德"为基础,助推教师职业发展,以"立业"为着眼点,提升高校教师的思想政治素质,以"立人"为落脚点,搭建全员育人的平台,以"立德—立业—立人"为模式,形成三位一体协调发展育人模式。这一模式的核心在于通过"立业"建立"立德"与"立业"之间有效连接的桥梁,加强教师"立德"工作,助推教师职业发展,帮助教师实现"立业"的目标,最终促进学生全面发展上的"立人"。 The key to realizing the fundamental mission of fostering morality and cultivating talents lies in the effectiveness of implementation. Through positive exploration, Beijing University of Technology has formed the harmonious cultivation model of "trinity" through "fostering morality-establishing career-cultivating talents", which takes "fostering morality" as the foundation to promote the development of teachers" occupation, takes "establishing career" as a point of view to promote the quality of ideology and politics of university teachers, takes "cultivating talents" as the foot holding to construct the platform of cultivating students with all of the staff. The core of the model aims to construct the effective connected bridge between "fostering morality" and "cultivating talents" through "establishing career", so as to enhance "fostering morality" of teachers, promote the development of teacher occupation, help the teacher realize the goal of "establishing career", and ultimately realize the goal of "cultivating talents" on the basis of the development in an all-around way.
