摘要
为了更精确地测量汽车在道路上的行驶阻力状态,对整车试验的精确性提供保障,文章主要讨论了汽车行驶阻力在道路上使用第五轮仪的测量及数据处理的方法,以及如何通过设定在底盘测功机上进行模拟计算,最终得出汽车行驶阻力系数,并应用于整车试验。得出了滑行法与标准法行驶阻力的区别,表明滑行法相对标准法要更加准确,对汽车达到国家第Ⅲ阶段油耗法规的要求起到了一定的作用。
In order to precisely measure the driving resistance on the road and ensure accuracy of vehicle test, in this paper using fifth wheel to measure the driving resistance and data processing method was mainly discussed. The paper also introduces how to conduct analog computation on dynamometer according to settings. And finally, the vehicle driving resistance coefficient was obtained which was applied into whole vehicle tests. The conclusion shows the difference between coast-down method and standard method, which plays an important role in satisfying national third stage of fuel consumption requirement.
