摘要
通过介绍摩托车滑行道路试验及数据处理方法,对比不同采样方法,以里程采样法对某125型摩托车进行滑行道路试验,并采用曲线拟合法对试验数据进行了分析,确定了摩托车滚动阻力系数和空气阻力系数,该方法经多次试验验证,可用于摩托车设计。
The rolling resistance coefficient and air resistance coefficient are the key to the design of motorcycle, which are of great significance for calculating motorcycle property and developing products. In this paper, the coastdown testing and data processing methods of motorcycle are described. Compared with other record methods, the method by per constant distance is employed to complete the test of a certain 125CC motorcycle. The coastdown testing data (such as time, velocity, distance) is analyzed by curve fitting method. Finally the rolling resistance coefficient and air resistance coefficient which can be used to instruct the design of motorcycle are confirmed.
