摘要
分析了导医系统的功能结构和技术构思,介绍了医院形象宣传、科室医生介绍与药品诊疗项目查询等传统医疗服务的设计思路,重点阐述了自助打印化验单、结合电子地图的医疗流程智能导引的设计方法 ,分析了自助预约挂号和医疗服务评价与反馈的功能设计情况。
The paper analyzed the function structure and innovative design of the guiding system,discussed the design of traditional medical services,such as the propaganda of hospital＇s image,the introduction of doctors from different departments and the queries of drug treatment project.The paper focused on the design and research of self-help printing sheets and intelligent guidance of medical process combined with electronic map navigation,and prospected the function design of self-help appointment and the evaluation and feedback of medical service,in order to give better service for patients.
