摘要
针对当前患者在就诊的整个过程中遇到的一些问题进行分析,提出了问题的解决方法——构建医院智能服务平台,指出了平台要以流程人性化、服务智能化、管理规范化为建设目标,并阐述了平台的构建原则,最后从诊前、诊中、诊后3个阶段对平台的主要内容进行了探讨。
Some problems during the whole process of visiting hospital are analyzed.The countermeasure,to construct the hospital intelligent service platform,is put forward.The purpose of the platform is fallen into process humanization,service intelligent and management standardization.The platform's construction principle is also provided.The contents of the platform are discussed from three aspects of pre-hospital,in-hospital and follow-up.
