摘要
目的 探究与分析颈椎前路手术结合植骨内固定治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床效果.方法 选取本院2010年3月～2011年3月收治的50例脊髓型颈椎病患者,均采用颈椎前路融合内固定方法进行手术治疗,并于术后进行6～36个月的随访,观察临床疗效及患者康复情况.结果 该组患者均取得骨性愈合,骨融合时间为15～20周,平均17周,植骨融合率达100％.根据JOA评分,其优良率高达84.00％.结论 采用颈椎前路手术结合植骨内固定治疗脊髓型颈椎病效果突出,且在治疗过程中未出现并发症,提高了植骨融合率,值得推广.
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of cervical vertebral anterior approach operation combined with bone graft internal fixation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods 50 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy admitted to our hospital from March 2010 to March 2011 were selected.All patients were given with the cervical vertebral anterior approach fusion internal fixation method for surgical treatment and were received 6 to 36 months of postoperative follow-up.The clinical efficacy and the patients＇ recovery situation were observed. Results All the patients achieved bony union,with the bony union rate of 100%;The bone fusion time was between 15 to 20 weeks and the average bone fusion time was 17 weeks,with the bone graft fusion rate of 100%.According to the JOA score,the patients＇ excellent and good rate reached up to 84.00%. Conclusion The application of cervical vertebral anterior approach operation combined with bone graft internal fixation shows remarkable clinical efficacy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy,causes no complications during the treatment process and promotes the bone graft fusion rate,thereby worthy of promotion.
