颈椎前路手术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床应用 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨前路手术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法我院2008年1月至2010年12月收治的45例脊髓型颈椎病患者,采用颈椎前路融合内固定的方法进行手术治疗,术后随访6～36个月,观察其临床疗效。结果 45例患者经过治疗后,按JOA评分评价手术疗效,结果优25例,良12例,可8例,优良率为82.2%;平均植骨融合时间为16周,植骨融合率为100%。结论颈椎前路钢板植骨融合术治疗脊髓型颈椎病安全有效,可提高植骨融合率,临床疗效满意。
