摘要
电解液微弧碳氮化技术是近年来在微弧氧化技术上发展起来的一种新型的表面处理技术,可应用于包括Al、Ti、Fe、Mg等金属及其合金的表面改性。综述了电解液微弧碳氮化技术的基本原理以及国内外最新的研究进展。主要讨论工艺参数包括电解液组成以及电参数等对膜层质量的影响;分析了不同基体材料上成膜的结构和成分;在此基础上,进一步讨论了膜层硬度、耐磨损以及耐腐蚀性能。最后,对该技术的进一步发展趋势进行了展望。
As a new surface treatment technology developed from the micro-arc oxidation,the plasma electrolytic carbonitriding (PECN) in solution has been increasingly applied to Al,Ti,Fe and Mg based materials for their surface modifications.The principle of PECN and the recent research progress are reviewed.The effects of the process parameters including electrolyte compositions and electrical parameters on the coating quality are discussed.The microstructure and composition of the obtained layer on various substrates are analyzed.Moreover,the hardness,wear resistance and anti-corrosion properties of the PECN treated coatings are discussed.Finally,the future development of PECN is prospected.
