摘要
在自上而下的差序社会结构中,教师的"自主天性"受到一定程度的压抑,导致教师本可附魅"专业主义"却变异为对"专业主义"的伪魅。走出"伪魅"泥潭的关键是解构外部对教师的等级评价制度,同时建构教师机构内部的制衡机制。
In classified social culture or top-down social structure, teachers' autonomies are inhibited, which causes teachers' pseudo-enchantment rather than enchantment in professionalism. Through destruction of teacher stratification and construction of powers balances in teacher institutions, teachers' autonomies could be liberated from pseudo-enchantment.
