摘要
目的：探讨320排 CT 血管造影（ computed tomography angiography，CTA）在动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血（ aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage，aSAH）中的应用效果。方法对2013年8-12月收治的32例自发性SAH患者行320排 CTA检查及治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果32例均行320排 CTA 检查，未发现动脉瘤的11例治疗2周后行数字减影血管造影检查仍未发现颅内动脉瘤。发现的21例颅内动脉瘤，术后1~2周行320排 CTA 及 CT 脑灌注检查均显示脑血流量及脑血容量的异常，其中1例死于多器官功能衰竭。结论320排 CTA 是一种简便、快速、无创的诊断手段，可为 aSAH的诊治及术后观察提供重要信息。
Objective To explore the application effect of 320-slice computed tomography angiography（CTA） in aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage（ aSAH）. Methods A total of 32 patients with spontaneous aSAH from August to December 2013 received 320-slice CTA examination,and the clinical data was retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 32 patients underwent 320-slice CTA examination,and 11 patients without aneurysm received digital subtraction angi-ography（ DSA）examination 2 weeks after treatment,but the intracranial aneurysm was not found in the 11 patients. The 21 patients with intracranial aneurysm underwent 320-slice CTA and CT cerebral perfusion examinations 1-2 weeks after the operation,and the results showed abnormal cerebral blood volume（ CBV）and cerebral blood volume（ CBF）,and one patient died of multiple organ failure. Conclusion 320-slice CTA is a simple,fast and atraumatic diagnostic meth-od,which can provide important data in diagnosing aSAH and observing postoperative conditions.
