摘要
职业院校英语专业教师的教学能力提升是提高英语教师素质的必要条件,课题组调查了影响英语专业教师教学能力提升的几个因素,并从提高青年英语专业教师的从教能力和文化素养、完善青年教师导师制、拓宽培训渠道和培训形式、举办高质量的青年英语教师教学竞赛、加强国内外访学等方面提出了提升英语专业青年教师教学能力的具体策略。
The promotion of professional English teacher teaching ability in vocational colleges is the requirement to improve English teachers＇ quality. The research investigates the factors influencing the English teachers＇ teaching ability promotion, and comes up with the strategies from improving the young English teachers＇ teaching ability and cultural accomplishment, perfecting the young teachers＇ tutor system, broadening the training channel and training form, holding high-quality young English teacher teaching contests, and strengthening visiting both at home and abroad.
