摘要
提出了一种智能转速测量装置的设计方案.利用TMS320F28335的正交eQEP模块捕获编码器的脉冲信号计算出转速,D/A芯片TLC5615将计算出的转速值转换成模拟信号输出,通过调理电路将该信号调整为0~10V的标准电压信号,然后通过集成电路AD694将电压信号转化成4~20mA的标准电流信号.给出了详细的电路图并详细剖析了eQEP模块在M/T法中的测量原理.实验结果证明该系统具有结构简单、输出精度高的特点.
The design scheme of a intelligent speed measurement device was proposed.The eQEP module of TMS320F28335 was used to capture the encoder pulse signal to calculate the speed.The D/A conversion chip TLC5615 was used to convert the speed value to analog signal.The analog signal was adjusted to standard voltage signal of 0 ~ 10 V,and then the standard voltage signal was converted to standard current signal of 4 ~ 20 mA by IC AD694.A detailed circuit diagram was given and the measuring principle of the eQEP module in M/T method was analyzed.Experiment results show that the device has a simple structure,high measuring accuracy.
