摘要
以扩展的OLI理论和跨国(或地区)银行客户追随说、市场机会说为指导,在简要回顾、总结台湾银行业"登陆"现状基础上,着重从政策、行业、业务、市场需求角度,分析、把握当前台资银行拓展大陆市场的动因与现实基础,提出"台商追随"、"市场开拓"与"政策导向"三种模式与发展策略(业务定位、区位选择和组织形式等),以期推动两岸银行业交流与合作,促进两地产业升级与结构优化。
This article sets "the theory of expanding OLI"、"the theory of customers following" and "The theory of market opportunities" as the instructions,reviewed and summarized the current situation of Taiwan banking developed in Mainland,then chosen the policy、industry、business、market demand to analyze and grasp the motivations and realistic basis of Taiwan banking expanded mainland market.The author thinks "the following Taiwan Residents" model、"the expanding local market" model and "the guiding of policy" model are the most suitable development strategies,and they can promote the communication and cooperation of cross-strait banking.
