摘要
台资企业大陆A股上市普遍存在同业竞争和关联交易问题,解决同业竞争问题成为台资企业大陆A股上市的前提条件。鼓励台资企业大陆A股上市应适当放宽其同业竞争的审核标准,优先安排台资企业上市,同时鼓励台资上市公司通过并购重组做强、做大。
Taiwan-funded enterprises listed on the mainland A-share face a common problem of the competition and the related transactions, Solving the problem is to become a prerequisite for Taiwan-funded enterprises in the mainland A-share listing. Taiwan-funded enterprises can improve the overall quality of listed companies. Taiwan-funded enterprises are encouraged to mainland.
