摘要
农村劳动力是社会主义新农村建设的主要力量,其制约因素是劳动力的整体素质。近年来,河北省农村中等职业教育对提高农村劳动力素质发挥了积极的作用,促进了农村劳动力的充分就业和剩余劳动力的合理转移。以农村劳动力素质提高为出发点,分析了河北省农村中等职业技术教育的现状及其对提高农村劳动力素质的作用,并对如何有效发挥农村中等职业教育的作用提出了几点建议。
Rural labor is the main force in a new socialist countryside construction, and its constraint is the overall quality of the workforce. In recent years, rural secondary vocational education in Hebei prov- ince has played a positive role in improving the quality of rural labor force, in promoting the full employ- ment and reasonable transfer of labor force. This paper analyzed the characteristics of rural labor quality in Hebei Province, and summarized the present situation of rural secondary vocational education based on the improvement of labor force quality in Hebei Province, and further proposed the strategies of developing rural secondary vocational education.
