经济利益是农村劳动力转移的最根本因素,而人力资本是农村劳动力转移的决定性因素;提高农村劳动力人力资本主要靠教育和培训,在岗培训是农村劳动力转移的关键性因素。
Economical benefit is the most functional fact of rural labor-evacuating, while man-power capital is the crucial one of it. Improving rural labors and man-power capital mainly relies on education and training, so employment training is the key fact of rural labor-evacuating.
