摘要
公共产品是西方公共经济学的核心概念。西方公共产品理论与其说定义的是公共产品,不如说定义的是公共消费品。现实中公共产品的种类十分丰富,要给它下一个定义并不容易。我们从马克思主义政治经济学视角给公共产品下的定义是:公共产品是以人的活动为中介的没有交换价值或不是价值的使用价值。正如服务有时也像物品一样是使用价值,这个定义中的"使用价值"不仅仅是指具体的物品,也包括语言、法律、政府、科学、教育等客观存在的东西和行为。
The public product concept is the core of the western public economics. Western theory of public product definition is not so much the public products, as defined are public goods. The types of public goods is very rich in reality, it's not easy to give it a definition. Our products to the public from the perspective of Marxist political economics are defined as: public products are based on exchange value of a man's activities for the mediation is not or not the use of value. As service sometimes like items is to use value, the definition of "use value" is not only refers to the specific items, including language, law, government, science, education and other objective existence and behavior.
