摘要
经过清洗工序是获得清洁的冷轧钢板表面的有效途径。本文对用于冷轧钢板清洗的A、B、C三种碱性清洗剂的清洗性能以及对钢板表面后处理的影响进行了评价,可以为清洗剂的正确选用提供借鉴。结果表明,A清洗剂具有较好的综合使用性能,不但具有优良的清洗性能,而且对电镀锌、电镀锡、磷化等后处理表面质量影响较小。
Cleaning process is a effective way for acquiring cleaning surface of cold-rolled plate.Cleaning property and effect on post-treatment for A, B, C cleaners were evaluated in this article, whichcould provide some reference for selecting and using cleaner. Results showed that A cleaner exhibitedsuperior comprehensive properties for application. Its cleaning property was excellent, and it had littleeffect on surface quality of post-treatment such as electrogalvanizing, electrotinning and phosphating.
