摘要
中西方师德的相同点集中体现在师德的理念上,不同点集中体现在师德的内容上.进行中西方师德的比较,可以更好地处理好师生关系,可以促进对学生的个性化教育进行深入研究,可以拓宽师德教育的渠道.
Both China and western countries possess same concept of educational ethics. The difference only lies in specific items of the contents. Carrying on a comparative study of the educational ethics between China and western countries will enable us to deal with problems relating to the relations between students and teachers more effectively and deepen the research of individuation-oriented education. In addition, the study can also provide us with diversified channels to develop and improve educational ethics.
