摘要
腹膜后纤维化(RPF)为临床罕见疾病,静脉血栓形成则是RPF更为罕见、严重的并发症。本文回顾性分析了1例以深静脉血栓形成为首发表现的RPF患者的诊疗过程,总结其临床表现、实验室检查结果、影像学表现等,并复习相关文献,旨在提高临床医师对RPF的认识,拓宽临床诊疗思路。
Vein thrombosis is a rare and serious complication in retroperitoneal fibrosis, which is a rare disease in itself in the world. We retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis and treatment process of a case of retroperitoneal fibrosis with venous thrombosis as the primary symptom, summarized the patient＇s clinical manifestations, laboratory test results and imaging find- ings, and reviewed related literatures, in order to raise the clinicians＇ knowledge of retropcritoneal fibrosis, and provide new ideas of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
