摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定骨伤愈合胶囊中三七皂苷R1含量。方法色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为203 nm,柱温为30℃。结果三七皂苷R1在0.2048～2.0480μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999（n=5）,平均回收率为99.0%（n=9）,RSD为0.8%。结论该方法灵敏、准确、专属性强,能简便有效控制骨伤愈合胶囊中三七皂苷R1的含量。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of Notoginsenoside R1 in Gushang Yuhe Capsules. Methods The column was Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）and the temperature was 30 ℃;The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution with linear gradient elution, detection was done at 203 nm and a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Results Notoginsenoside R1 has a good linear relationships in 0.2048～2.048 μg（r=0.9999）;the average recovery was 98.97%（n=9,RSD was 0.8%. Conclusion The methods are sensitive, accurate and specific,which can be used for the quality control of Gushang Yuhe Capsules.
