摘要 针对某矿井下大巷主胶带运输系统皮带重载启动、低速验带检修、过载能力和过欠电压及接地保护、多台电机力矩与速度平衡以及液压盘式制动器与变频器工作配合存在的一系列问题,设计了胶带输送机变频调速系统,变频方式靠变频器内部"主-从"功能实现力矩的调节及速度平衡.从传动采用的是闭环力矩控制方式,而主传动则采取闭环速度控制模式.通过将变频调速系统与综保系统相结合构成的变频改造系统应用于常兴煤业主胶带输送机,使该矿原有的三相电机的软启动方式被摒弃,使皮带机加、减速过程平滑,无功冲击过程较小,功率因数较高,设备可以在任意速度下可靠运行,在保持较高的运行效率的同时节省大量电能. Focusing on a series of questions of the motor starting process, such as the speed regulation of the main belt conveyor, overload, over under voltage and grounding protection of Chang Xing Coal Limited company and so on, this paper designed the frequency Conversion transformation of the main belt conveyor to achieve such a purpose of transform of the main belt conveyor, which attain the frequency within the group by transducer within the "main - from the" function to realize the torque and speed balance. Main drive control mode is the closed loop speed, and the subsidiary drive is the closed loop torque control, so as to realize the transformation of the mine transportation system. Combine the variable frequency speed regulation system and integrated system to attain the application of frequency conversion system in Chang Xing coal main belt conveyor. Through the frequency conversion transformation design, the previous soft-start of the Triple -phase asynchronous motor is abandoned. The startup process of motor is smoother, and the speed regulation of motor is more convenient. It also leads to saving a lot of power in the efficiency of maintaining high at the same time.
