摘要
为有效降低班轮公司的营运成本,提升企业竞争力,采用机会约束规划和置信水平(服务水平)的思想,建立不确定条件下的海陆空箱调运优化模型.通过预先设定的服务水平,将机会约束规划转化为确定性整数规划进行求解,并分析了不同运输能力、服务水平对空箱调运成本的影响.结果表明:运输成本随着运输能力的增强而降低,而且合理的服务水平可以有效降低运输成本.
In order to effectively reduce the operating costs of shipping companies and enhance their competitiveness, based on the theory of chance-constrained programming and pre-given confidence level(service level), an optimization model of empty containers reposition for sea-land transportation with uncertainties was established. According to the pre-given service level, this paper translated the chance-constrained programming into an integer programming, and analyzed the influence of different transport capacities and service levels to the empty container reposition costs. The results show that the transportation cost decreases as the transport capacity increases, and reasonable service level can effectively reduce the transportation cost.
