摘要
为降低空箱调运总成本,针对海陆联运、不确定空箱需求、使用可折叠集装箱的中欧班列空箱调运问题,基于需求量均值和方差等部分信息,采用分布式鲁棒机会约束规划建立不确定环境下的多周期中欧班列空箱调运优化模型。将分布式鲁棒机会约束转化为易求解的等价形式,从而确定空箱需求。利用CPLEX求解,通过算例分析不同参数变化对各项成本的影响。结果表明:一部分空箱通过海陆联运调回能够极大降低总成本;分布式鲁棒机会约束优化是以最坏情况下的优化为基础,从而得到具有鲁棒性的优化方案;可折叠集装箱在3种不同供需关系下适当投入比例能极大降低总成本。
In order to reduce the total cost of empty container reposition,an optimization model for the multi-period empty container reposition under uncertain environment for China Railway Express was established by using distributed robust chance constrained programming based on partial information such as mean and variance of demand,considering sea-road intermodal transport,uncertain empty container demand and foldable container.Distributed robust chance constraints were transformed into equivalents that could be easily solved to determine empty container demand.CPLEX was used to solve the problem,and an example was given to analyze the effect of the change of different parameters on the cost.The results show that the total cost can be greatly reduced by sea-road intermodal transport.The distributed robust chance constrained optimization is based on the worst-case optimization,and then a robust optimization scheme is obtained.The total cost can be greatly reduced by appropriate input proportion of foldable containers under three different supply-demand relationships.The optimization results can provide a feasible reference for the operation of the China Railway Express.
