摘要
利用CCD成像与图像处理的机器视觉自动对准技术,在考虑了空气折射率对V棱镜折射仪测量精度影响的基础上,对V棱镜折射仪原有的原理公式重新进行数学建模,提出了一种改进全自动V棱镜折射仪的方案。用已知折射率的玻璃标准样块对改进后的仪器进行了评定,测试结果与标定值绝对误差不超过±3×10^-6,测量重复性优于1×10^-6。
Using CCD imaging and image processing for machine vision automatic alignment technology, considering the air refractive index of V prism refractometer measurement precision influence, and on the basis of principle of V prism refraction instrument original formula to mathematical modeling, an improved automatic V prism refractometer is proposed. Standard sample with known refractive index of glass block for assessing the improved instrument, test results and the calibration value of absolute error is less than ±3× 10^-6, and repeatability is less than 1 × 10^ -6.
