摘要 线阵CCD具有高采集率、宽视场的优点,一般应用在高速扫描系统中,CCD与扫描物间的相对位姿不仅影响扫描范围,而且影响其扫描精度,所以需要高精度标定CCD位姿参数。文中首先给出了线阵CCD全位姿的数学模型,通过不断对模型的变换处理,将模型参数分离为两组,分别表征CCD的视范围及物像映射关系,两者既独立又相互联系,可以独立进行标定,简化了标定过程。 Linear CCD can be applied to high speed scanning system generally because of its advantages of high sampling rate and broad width. However the relative pose between CCD and scanning object affects not only on scanning range but also preci- sion, it is necessary to calibrate CCD pose parameters with high accuracy. Firstly the mathematical model of all pose of linear CCD is obtained and transformed gradually, and two groups are separated to represent visual range and mapping relations respectively. Moreover the two parts are independent and interdependent, which can complete calibration independently and simplify calibrating process significantly.
