摘要
根据当前毕业生就业形势的变化及人才需求趋势,高职院校师范类专业改革势在必行。现结合汕头职业技术学院化学教育专业的实际情况,从培养目标、课程设置、教学内容和自编教材等角度出发,对高职院校化学教育专业优化人才培养进行了分析和讨论,以期提高教学质量,培养出能够适应社会发展变化的高素质的复合型人才。
According to the changing of graduates＇ employment situation and the tendency of talent requirement, it is imperative to reform teacher-training specialties in higher vocational colleges. How to optimize the talent training was discussed and analyzed on subjects of training target, curriculum design, teaching content and self-compiling teaching material in the chemical education major of Shantou polytechnic. The aim was to improve teaching quality, to cultivate high-qualified compound talents who could meet the development and change of society.
