摘要
目的：观察羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床效果。方法将106例Wagner分级为1~3级的糖尿病足溃疡患者随机分为A组和B组，每组各53例。 B组患者取溃疡处的分泌物行细菌培养及药敏试验，选用敏感抗生素静脉抗炎治疗，同时外用湿润烧伤膏；A组在B组治疗的基础上给予羟苯磺酸钙胶囊口服0.5 g，3次/d。比较两组患者4周内溃疡的愈合率及愈合时间。结果 A组患者的溃疡愈合率为43.4%（23/53），高于B组的30.2%（16/53），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），同时A组患者的治疗愈合显效率为79.2%（42/53），高于B组的62.3%（33/53）。 A组Wagner分级中各级的溃疡愈合时间均显著短于B组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论口服羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病足溃疡，可很好地促进足溃疡愈合，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of calcium dobesilate capsule in the treatment of diabetic foot ul-cer. Methods One hundred and six patients with diabetic foot ulcer in Ⅰ-Ⅲ based on Wagner classification were evenly divided into group A and group B in random.The secretion from patients in group B were performed with bacte-rial culture and drug sensitive test,and then sensitive antibiotic was selected for anti-inflammation in vein as well as moisture exposed burn ointment for external application.On the basis of treatment in group B,patients in group A were additionally provided with oral administration of calcium dobesilate capsule （0.5 g each time,three times per day）.The healing rate and time of ulcer within 4 weeks were compared in the two groups. Results The healing rate of ulcer in group A was 43.4% （23/53）,higher than that in group B 30.2%（16/53） with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The signifi-cant effective rate of healing in group A was 79.2% （42/53）,higher in comparison with that in group B accounting for 62.3%（33/53）.In group A,the healing time of ulcer inⅠ-Ⅲ based on Wagner classification was all remarkably shorter than those in group B with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oral administration of calcium dobesilate cap-sule can greatly promote the heal of foot ulcer in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer,which is worthy of expansion and application in clinic.
