摘要
目的探讨糖尿病足溃疡的内科治疗方法。方法对45例糖尿病足溃疡病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析总结,采取综合治疗,尤其给予严格控制血糖及加强局部伤口的处理。结果有29例患者痊愈,5例好转,3例未愈,7例截趾/肢,1例死亡,总有效率为75%。结论只有做到早预防,早诊断,早治疗,才能减少糖尿病足的发生,避免截肢,若糖尿病足病变已发展至5级,宜尽早截肢。
Objective To discuss treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with internal medicine. Methods The data concerning the comprehensive treatment of 45 diabetic foot ulcer patient were retrospectively analyzed. Results There 29 cases wee cured and 5 cases were improved. But 3 cases not cured, 7 cases were amputated and one died with a total effectiveness of 75 %. Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment is effective for reducing the occurrence of diabetic foot ulcer and the use of amputation.
