摘要
研究辣椒碱对外来入侵种福寿螺(Pomacea canaliculata)的卵和幼螺(壳高<10 mm)及成螺(30 mm<壳高<40 mm)的毒性。结果表明,辣椒碱对福寿螺卵的作用效果不明显,而幼螺和成螺对辣椒碱均具有高敏感性,随着浓度的增加,幼螺和成螺死亡率明显升高。24 h的LC50分别为3.17×10-3、4.44×10-3mg/L,说明可利用辣椒碱对福寿螺进行防治。但因目前缺乏辣椒碱对水生物种影响的相关数据,应谨慎使用。
The effects of capsaicin with different concentration on the eggs,larvae（shell height＜10mm） and adult（30mm＜shell height＜40mm） of Pomacea canaliculata were studied.The results showed that capsaicin had no significant toxic effect on the eggs of Pomacea canaliculata,but had significant toxic effect on the larvae and adult of Pomacea canaliculata （F＞F0.01）.As the concentration increased,the mortality rate of larvae and adult improved obviously.The median lethal concentration （LC50） in 24 hours of capsaicin were 3.17×10-3 mg/L and 4.44×10-3 mg/L,respectively.It is indicated that capsaicin could be used to kill Pomacea canaliculata.Because of the lack of relevant experimental data about the effect of capsaicin on native aquatic animals nowadays,it should be careful to use capsaicin to kill Pomacea canaliculata.
