摘要
利用溶剂浸提的方法获得血水草根茎的醇提物和水提物,通过室内生物测定的方法就血水草根茎提取物对福寿螺的杀螺效果进行了检测。结果显示,在250~4000μg/mL的浓度范围内,血水草醇提物对福寿螺卵的孵化抑制率、幼螺和成螺的相对毒杀率分别为30.22%~100.00%、12.36%~86.52%和5.56%~36.67%;水提物对福寿螺卵的孵化抑制率、幼螺和成螺的相对毒杀率分别为15.11%~42.45%、7.87%~34.83%和3.33%~28.89%。综合结果表明血水草醇提物对福寿螺的毒杀作用强于水提物,具有开发为植物源杀螺剂的潜力。
Molluscicidal efficacy of the extract from Eomecon chionantha on Ampullaria gigas was conducted by bioassays under laboratory condition.The results suggested that at the concentrations from 250 to 4 000 μg/mL,inhibition rate of ethanol extract against snail eggs,relative killing rate against young and adult snails were 30.22%~100.00%,12.36%~86.52% and 5.56%~36.67% respectively,and those for water extract were 15.11%~42.45%,7.87%~34.83% and 3.33%~28.89% respectively.It could be concluded that molluscicidal efficacy of ethanol extract was stronger than that of water extract;ethanol extract had the potential for being devetoped as phto-molluscicide.
