摘要
采用高岭土悬浊液法从土壤和活性污泥中筛选出一株高絮凝活性的菌株,通过测定其16S rDNA基因序列鉴定该菌为弗氏柠檬酸杆菌(Citrobacter Freundii.研究发现,该菌不仅能分泌具有絮凝活性的代谢产物,而且菌体自身具有一定的絮凝能力;在培养48 h能达到最大絮凝活性为79.16%,最大絮凝活性可持续到发酵后96 h.Ca2+是该菌最好的助凝剂,终浓度为300 mg/L时,絮凝效果最好.在pH为8时,该菌絮凝率高达89.80%,并在pH 5~10时能保持较高絮凝率.
A strain with the highest flocculability was screened from soil and activated sludge.The flocculent rates were measured by the aqueous suspension of the kaolin method.The strain was identified as Citrobacter Freundii by measuring its 16S rDNA sequence.The results showed that the strain had the maximum flocculability of 79.16% cultured with 48 hours and kept a high flocculability until 96 hours.The metabolites of the strain had the flocculability,and the strain itself had the flocculation property.Ca2+ was the most suitable coagulant for the strain with the best concentration of 300 mg/L.The strain had the highest flocculability of 89.8% at pH 8,and kept high flocculating activity between pH 5~10.
