摘要
青岛里院建筑是青岛城市发展过程中所形成的具有殖民特色的近代居住建筑。本文通过分析功能置换的更新模式，为里院建筑的改造提供了可行的更新模式和功能调控建议。
Liyuan architecture in Qingdao is the modern re-sidential building with colonial characteristics in the develop-ment process of Qingdao city. This article bases on the analysis of the updating model of functional replacement to provide the feasible update mode and functional adjustment suggestions for the Liyuan architecture renovation.
