摘要
当今，随着我国建筑行业持续发展的同时，其他地区城市建设的规模也越来越大。目前，建筑工程施工管理的中心就是：怎样能在这日益激烈的市场竞争中占据一席之地。本文通过阐述笔者自身的工作经验，探讨了建筑工程施工管理中存在的问题及解决措施。
With the sustainable development of the constr-uction industry in China, other parts of the urban construction scale becomes larger. At present, the construction project construction management core is as fol ow： how can have an important place in the increasingly fierce market competition in the fierce market competition. This article discusses the rel-ated problems and optimized measures in construction proje-ct construction management through the author＇s own exp-eriences.
