摘要
从研究历史、应用现状、类型划分、菌株使用和考察因素5方面对应用于湿热灭菌的生物指示剂进行了分析。发现目前市售生物指示剂生产使用环节中缺乏关键因素D值的测定,建议由第三方提供技术支持衔接完善。同时,对生物指示剂深入的探索和开发,才能够实现其在灭菌工艺验证整体环节中的应用。
Based on the literature review and investigation and study of early days,the application of bio-indicators in moist heat sterilization of was analyzed in five aspects：history of study,application status,differentiation of type, use of strains,and investigation factors. It was found that current available commercially bio-indicators are lack of key factor-D value measurement in production and utilization,so it is recommended that technical support could be provid-ed by a third party to for complete linkage. Meanwhile,the deepening of exploration and development could be real-ized the application of bio-indicators in the whole link of sterilization technology verification.
