摘要
通过游客网络日志及评论研究游客对目的地形象的感知。利用网络文本收集游客对旅游目的地形象的评价和感受,已成为旅游形象研究的重要途径。利用百度、谷歌等各种搜索工具进行检索以及根据设定的目标条件对游客关于曲江旅游景点进行评价的网络评论和网络日志进行分类、筛选和分析,最终符合条件的文章有82篇,评论2908条。对网络日志和评论内容进行了详细的分析,建构了三个分析类目,探索游客对曲江景区整体形象的感受,从而明确曲江景区在游客们心中满意程度的高低,并为曲江旅游景区的升级和发展提供参考,完善以网络文本为数据来源的旅游形象研究方法。
The paper studies tourists' perceptions of tourist destination images through their weblog and comments. It has become a significant way to collect the comprehensive images of tourism destination from travelers. With the 82 weblogs and 2908 reviews selected based on setting conditions and collected from Baidu,Google and some other tour websites,the author delicately analyzes those comments and divides them into three parts to study the visitors'perceptions of Qujiang image, their satisfaction level of Qujiang, and then provide reference to upgrade and develop Qujiang tourist attractions. The article also explores another way of studying the tourist destination images.
