摘要
运用IPA分析法对无锡惠山古镇旅游目的地形象感知进行了实证分析。研究表明:惠山古镇目的地形象与游客期望总体上还存在差距,古建筑、文物古迹、空气质量等是古镇形象目前的相对优势,而原生态生活、河水质量、旅游服务以及公共厕所等是古镇形象目前的相对劣势,是今后形象建设的重点。在调查基础上提出了针对性建议,尤其是要刻意地将惠山祠堂群与古镇标志性景观和古镇特色结合起来进行宣传。
A positive analysis on perception of Wuxi Huishan ancient town tourist destination was carried out based on IPA analytical method,which showed that in general the image of Huishan ancient town still lagged behind tourists' expectation.Ancient buildings,air quality,cultural relics and so on were showed to be advantage points,while original life,river quality,public toilets,service quality and so on were disadvantage points that required improvement.Some constructive suggestions were put forward.
