摘要
随着现代社会的不断进步以及国家西部大开发战略的稳步实施,藏药的复杂性、规范性以及安全性逐渐引起人们的关注,组分藏药就是针对这一问题对传统藏药以现代科学技术为手段进行系统研究,对藏医药理论进行科学诠释、开发具有自主知识产权的创新药物,并建立与国际接轨的质量标准。其中对药效组分的研究是组分藏药的核心内容,根据藏药组方的功能主治来研究药效组分的作用机制,然后开展药效组分配伍研究,用药效组分标示藏药质量特征,加强组方中药效组分与有效组分关系的研究以及藏药方剂中药效组分开展多环节、多靶点的研究。
With the progress of modem society and the steady implementation of great western development strategy, the complexity, normative and safety of Tibetan medicine have aroused the attention of people gradually. Components Tibetan medicine conducted systematic researches with on traditional Tibetan medicine with modem science and technology according to this problem, through scientific interpretation for Tibetan medicine theory, to develop the innovative drug with independent intellectual property rights, and establish quality standard of acting on international convention. The research of efficacy components is the core content of components Tibetan medicine, based on the presciption described in Tibetan medicine to research mechanism of efficacy components, then research the compatibility of medicines of efficacy components, use efficacy components to mark the quality characteristic of Tibetan medicine, strengthen the research of relationship of efficacy components and active constituent, and many like to research the efficacy components of presciption in Tibetan medicine.
