Selection and Breeding on Fine Strains of Cordyceps militaris

摘要 本试验筛选出优良的北冬虫夏草菌株LKA,其菌丝满皿时间短,菌丝长势粗壮,子座分布均匀,生长速度快,生物学效率达到63.65%,其虫草素含量为野生冬虫夏草的613.5倍。 Fine stains of Cordyceps militaris were selected, the time of mycelium covering the culture dish was in a short time, and the mycelium were vigorous. The stroma had a fast growth rate and well distributed, and biological efficiency reached 63.65%. The content of cordycepin was 613.5 times higher than that of wild Cordyceps sinensis.
