摘要
针对工程实施过程中,不确定因素众多,合同管理中的相应风险也比较多的问题,对13版新清单计价规范中有关合同管理条款进行了分析,并对招标方如何根据新版清单规范,有效加强施工合同风险管理进行了研究,以进一步完善合同管理工作。
According to some problems, such as many uncertainties and related risks of contract management in the engineering implementation process, the paper analyzes the related contract clauses in the 13 version bill pricing regulation, and researches how to enhance the construction contract risk management according to the new version of bill regulation, so as to improve the contract management.
