摘要
新型传染病暴发后,往往给公众带来巨大的心理压力,破坏稳定的社会秩序。加强对公众的健康教育,对于粉碎谣言、缓解公众心理恐惧、维护社会稳定秩序具有重要价值。本研究从一般卫生常识、传染病常识、心理健康普及、医学破解能力展示、不实留言核实方法等方面出发,设计了新型传染病公众健康教育的内容,对健康教育内容来源及其宣传发布渠道进行了论述,并以市级政府为单位设计了公众健康教育组织机构与运行方法,最后提出了公众健康教育效果的评价模式。
After the outbreak of new infectious diseases, often brings enormous psychological pressure to the public and undermine the stability of the social order. Strengthen public health education for dispelled the rumors, alleviate psychological fear of the public, the maintenance of social order and stability has an important value. From the general health knowledge, knowledge of infectious diseases, mental health popularity, ability to demonstrate the medical break, no real message to verify the contents, the new design method of communicable diseases of public health education, health promotion education content sources and distribution channels were discussed, and municipal government was as a units, public health education organization and method of operation were designed, finally a public health education evaluation model was put forward.
