摘要 Sorona纤维具有良好的生态环保和可持续发展性,与羊毛混纺,可明显改善常规毛/涤面料的弹性和抗皱性能,也可用作高档针织毛衫的原料,以赋予服装舒适的弹性,并改善服装的手感及体感舒适性。文章以Sorona/毛混纺纱线为原料,织造了3种不同结构的针织物,并通过调节横机上成圈三角的弯纱深度,编织不同紧密度的针织物,系统地分析了弯纱深度对各织物透气性和保暖性能的影响关系,对Sorona/毛混纺针织毛衫的生产及质量控制起到一定的指导作用。研究结果表明:横机弯纱深度对Sorona/毛混纺针织物的透气性、保暖性影响明显,随着弯纱深度的增大,织物的透气性增强,而保暖性能呈现出先减弱后增强的变化趋势。 The fiber of Sorona has friendly environmental performance and sustainable development. Blending Sorona and wool can significantly improve the elasticity and anti-wrinkle properties of wool/ polyester fabric. Sorona/wool a/so can be used as the raw material of high-grade knitting sweater, with comfort stretch, handle and body dress sense of comfort. Using the yarn of Sorona/wool as the saw material, three kinds of knitted fabrics with different structures were knitted in this paper. Adjusting the sinking depth of looping triangle in the fiat knitting machine, knitted fabrics with different density were made. The influence between sinking depth and ventilation and heat retention property of fabrics was analyzed systematically. According to the research result, sinking depth of the fiat knitting machine has obvious effect on the ventilation and heat retention property of Sorona knitted fabrics. As the sinking depth increases, the ventilation of knitted fabrics increase, while the heat retention property first decreases and then increases.
