摘要
采用分散染料对涤/Sorona纤维交织物进行一浴染色,分析染色中各工艺因素对涤/Sorona纤维交织物得色的影响,确定了涤/Sorona纤维交织物的优化染色工艺:染料用量≥2%(omf),pH值为5.5,染色温度110℃,染色时间50 min,载体用量1.5 g/L。染色织物具有色光稳定、同色性好和各项色牢度高等优点。
One-bath dyeing of polyester-Sorona fiber mixture with disperse dyes is introduced. The factors affecting color yield and color deviation of polyester-Sorona dyeings are analyzed. The dyeing process is optimized as follows： dyes ≥2%（omf）, pH value 5.5, the carrier 1.5 g/L, dyeing at 1 10 ℃ for 50 min. The dyeings gain excellent shade stability, levelness and good color fastness.
