摘要
目的比较不同产地枸杞多糖的含量。方法采用热水浸提法分别提取宁夏、浙江和四川产枸杞中的多糖成分,苯酚-硫酸法测定枸杞多糖含量。结果浙江产枸杞多糖含量0.830%,宁夏产枸杞多糖含量0.769%,四川产枸杞多糖含量0.590%。结论不同产地枸杞多糖含量不同,可能与环境、采摘时间及加工过程等有关。
Objective To compare the contents of lycium barbarum polysaccharides from different habitats. Methods Lycium barbarum which the raw materials were from different origin, such as Ningxia, Zhejiang, and Sichuan province and were extracted by hot water extraction, and determined the content by phenol sulfuric acid method. Results That the content of polysaccharide in Zhejiang was 0.830%, in Ningxia was 0.769%, in Sichuan was 0.590%. Conclusion .The lycium barbarum polysaccharide contents of different origin is different, because of the difference of environment, picking time and process etc.
