摘要
以一维位移台为对象,将误差划分为与位置和位移速度相关的函数,在分析现有的一元、二元函数插值补偿方法的基础上,对一次函数分段插值补偿方法加以优化,建立了快速的二元函数补偿方法。实验数据显示,优化后的补偿方法同时补偿了位移平台的位置、速度相关的误差,补偿精度优于一元函数补偿方法,在保证补偿效果与传统二元函数方法相同的情况下,减小了1/3的补偿过程运算量。
Taking one-dimensional displacement platform as an object,the positioning error has been described as a function associ- ated with the position and displacement speed. An optimized binary function compensation method was established based on the analysis of the traditional unary and binary function compensation method. Experimental results showed that the optimized method obtained better compensation result than binary method, under same compensation accuracy, the method reduced one third calculation time compared with traditional binary function integrated method.
