摘要
针对所设计的基于运动控制卡的精密定位平台,提出了一种测量系统总体误差状况的方法,通过对精密定位系统中宏动平台进行定位误差的测量和分析,根据测量的误差情况提出了误差补偿的方法,采用闭环控制对系统的误差进行补偿,使其定位精度得到了大幅的提高。
Aimed at the being designed precision positioning platform based on movement control card, a kind of method for measuring the status of overall error of system was put forward. Through carrying out the measurement and analysis on the positioning error of the macro-moving platform in the precision positioning system, the method of error compensation was put forward according to the situation of the measured error. To carrying out compensation on the error of system by adopting the closed loop control so as to obtain a large increase of its positioning precision.
