摘要
在介绍滚动轴承的故障机理的前提下,采用振动信号分析法对滚动轴承状态监测和故障诊断进行研究。通过LabVIEW编程,应用EMD分解和共振解调相结合的方法,对振动信号进行分析,获取有用故障特征,进而确定故障类型。
This paper introduces the fault mechanism of the rolling bearing , uses the vibration signal analy-sis method to research rolling bearing condition monitoring and fault diagnosis .Through the LabVIEW program-ming , combining the EMD decomposition and resonance demodulation , the vibration signal is analyzed , and use-ful fault features are obtained to confirm the fault types .
